		<description>No, not yet :(. But I have to say that i have not trained pull ups specifically since march or so.

But I am already able to do a 1arm lock up. So it seems I am not too far away from my goal</description>

		<description>a better route imho (or at least a good second stage) is attempting one arm lock offs.   get your arm to about 90 degrees and then progressively remove all your weight your opposite hand (i.e. use a mono or touch the wall).  make sure you&#039;re warmed up :)  took me about 2 months to rock a decent one arm pull up on each arm doing these and timed pullups (50 in 10 minutes).  good luck!</description>
